1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the phpjl online casino platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by phpjl ("we", "us", "our", "phpjl", "the Company").

2.2 Account Registration Process

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any time thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete. You further agree to promptly update your account information should any changes occur.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) account with phpjl. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

phpjl accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, and other methods made available on the phpjl platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine pesos (PHP 100) unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. Maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on your payment method, account verification level, and responsible gaming settings.

All deposits are credited to your phpjl account in Philippine pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a currency other than PHP, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and currency conversion fees may apply. You acknowledge that exchange rates fluctuate and phpjl bears no responsibility for any losses arising from currency conversion.

Deposits are generally processed instantly for electronic payment methods. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and factors beyond phpjl's control, including bank processing times and payment processor availability. phpjl shall not be liable for any delays in deposit processing caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your phpjl account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 2.3 above;
• You must have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements for any bonuses or promotions claimed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is two hundred Philippine pesos (PHP 200);
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name;
• You may be required to withdraw using the same method used for deposit, subject to payment method availability;
• phpjl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures as required by anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. phpjl strives to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, but processing times may be affected by verification requirements, payment method limitations, weekends, holidays, and circumstances beyond our control.

phpjl reserves the right to charge reasonable processing fees for withdrawals. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you confirm your withdrawal request. Third-party fees charged by payment processors or financial institutions are beyond phpjl's control and are your responsibility.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering and Source of Funds

phpjl is committed to preventing money laundering and complying with all applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations. As part of our compliance obligations, phpjl may require you to provide documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of funds deposited into your account, particularly for large or frequent deposits. You agree to cooperate fully with all such requests and acknowledge that failure to provide satisfactory source of funds documentation may result in account restrictions, return of funds, or account closure.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Violation of this Section 8 may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balance and winnings, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHPJL, ITS PARENT COMPANY, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY, "PHPJL PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF PHPJL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, phpjl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall phpjl's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the amount you have deposited into your phpjl account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one thousand Philippine pesos (PHP 1,000), whichever is greater.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. phpjl does not guarantee any particular outcome or level of success. You participate in gaming activities entirely at your own risk and discretion.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.3 Arbitration (Where Applicable)

For Disputes that cannot be resolved informally, the parties may agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreeable arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

11. Modifications to Terms

phpjl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion. When we make changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice through the phpjl website or via email to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the phpjl Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
